Here is a sneak peek at my Steampunk Boba Fett costume!
Based off of Boba Fett's Blastech EE-3 Blaster Rifle, I used my Hephaestus Hand Cannon as the base since it already greatly resembled the overall shape of the EE-3. The new parts are the added scope and shoulder stock. The shoulder stock I fabricated from aluminum flat plate and pine, hand carved and stained by myself. The stock still needs an oil finish, but I thought you guys might like to see it nevertheless. Both the stock and the scope are removable, so that it can easily return to being a hand gun.   The shaft of the blaster reminds me of this old lamp that my grandma had in her living room. Do you ever scrap old things like that, or is it all handmade, or both?

 Your phone takes better pictures than my ordinary camera. But this looks fabulous again. I can't wait to see the whole thing!
